The explanation lies in changing the functions of the brain that regulates hormones orders depending on the sunlight. This is the case of sleep, hunger, mood and body temperature.

For this reason, when autumn begins, people may experience a lack of appetite, or the opposite, a ravenous hunger that sometimes causes a significant increase in weight. To others, the change of season causes them insomnia, bad mood or feeling tired, but what is more common in autumn depression and feelings of apathy.
