To Detoxify the Body Naturally

When your body has many stored toxins, your metabolism does not work efficiently. A contaminated body is one of the main causes of people is prone to disease. The body needs to detoxify on a regular basis to eliminate the harmful effects of the toxins that have stored, and thus ensure that the metabolism functioning effectively.
The detoxification of the human body can be accomplished in several ways, but natural methods are most effective to improve the efficiency of all body functions, making the immune system is strong at all times.
One of the most efficient ways to achieve detoxification of the body is what I have called? Semi-Fasting? Semi-Fast
I call it this way because it becomes a complete fast. In a traditional fast, you’re only allowed to drink water. The semi-fast, however, is much easier to perform, and has many of the benefits of complete fasting.

It consists of abstaining from eating certain types of food for at least two days to wash the toxins that reside in your body. During this period of abstinence should drink plenty of water, and you can eat soft foods. For example, fruits and cooked vegetables.
If you decide to detoxify your body through the semi-fast, you should consider the following:

- Avoid any food that contains preservatives, dyes or other chemicals, because these ingredients are considered toxins to the body. Eat only natural foods.

If you are cooking using only olive oil. This oil contains no trans-fat, no cholesterol or sodium, and helps to lower the chances of heart disease. In fact, this oil is recommended even if you are in a semi-fasting period.
- Drink plenty of water. This will be your main factor for a successful cleaning.

- If you eat fish, do it, especially salmon, which is rich in omega 3.

As mentioned, this method of detoxification of the body should last at most about two or three days (one weekend, for example) to fully enjoy the delights of a detoxified body.

But even after you end your semi-fast, permanently I recommend you avoid highly processed foods.

This is food? No life?, And manufacturers, to pretend they are natural, they add preservatives, colorings, and even an ingredient called monosodium glutamate, which serves to give a taste & say that? Addictive? to food.

However it is proven that it is a neurotoxin, and very sensitive people can cause serious damage and long term. You should therefore, be aware of the ingredients in the foods you eat.
