Types of The Routine Exercise I
Exercise is the closest thing we have the fountain of youth. It is so beneficial that it is worth trying even if we are not people naturally inclined to physical activities.
There are several types of exercise:
Aerobic or cardiovascular (cardio): This type of exercise helps burn calories. If you want to lose weight exercise is essential. Of course this also helps strengthen the legs and depending on the type of exercise that we can strengthen the whole body.
Anaerobic exercise. Helps strengthen the body, build muscle and shape.
Weight training: In the anaerobic exercise is weight training or muscle strength training with body weight as in the case of the breasts.
In anaerobic exercise also flexibility exercises. This is an often overlooked part in exercise programs but these exercises are not complete routine. These exercises stretch the muscles and relax, help to avoid pain and prevent muscle damage.
