Lose Weight Without Dieting I
I’ve read everywhere to achieve and maintain proper weight must create healthy eating habits and dieting. The diets only give temporary results and once you leave the weight loss back.
This is the solution to losing weight and not starve. You can eat delicious, having a full life, and a formidable body.
So cheer up, small changes in your lifestyle and your diet can give you great results. No more silly diets, cabbage soup no more, no more no more restrictions pills. It is time to lose weight without dieting.
There are basically two reasons for wanting to lose weight: you want to have the body of Britney Spears, be healthy or a combination of both. In other words aesthetic or health. It is important to be clear about our goal.
It’s healthy to maintain the correct weight. Overweight and obesity bring many health problems including diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol and triglycerides and circular and heart problems.
Vanity and aesthetics. This is probably the most common reason, we want to see pretty. The current fashion calls people pretty thin. This is actually a myth can be attractive to any weight and as we know Latin men like curves. But fashionable clothes, magazines and television are full of thin people.
Being female and being flirty is therefore perfectly acceptable. However, we must bear in mind that although we are trying to lose weight should not expect to lose weight to feel beautiful, desired and loved, our self-esteem does not depend on our weight.
How are Fattening?
The question is very easy, eating more of what we owe. In other words consuming more calories than our body needs. To better understand how extra pounds are stored think about the following:
To raise one pound of weight need to consume 3500 extra calories. This is in theory (in the laboratory) in real life the results are approximate. But think: if you eat 500 calories a day more than you need in a week will earn a pound.
If instead you eliminate 200 calories a day from your diet and do some exercise come down about a pound in two weeks. If you eliminate 500 calories a day come down a pound a week.
Each person has their own pace when it comes to burning calories, we all know someone who does not eat for five wins not an ounce of weight and other people seem fattened by the thought of food. We do not know to be these differences, but one important aspect is our metabolism.
