The basic principles of Fitness are some general validity in maxims governing the development process systematically the physical condition while ensuring its proper implementation. these maxims are scientifically proven through studies that come from various sciences and the sport itself. any of us should know! this is something that should be taught in high schools within the subject of physical education. i hope that new generations of teachers, more committed to the current social situation, do get this knowledge to their students.
these maxims are studies with the intention of improving performance, but that does not stop at once universally valid for anyone who wants to improve or maintain his fitness and health care. several classifications exist according to different authors, but almost all have a common set of principles. to make this post i will rely on the classification provided by fritz zintl (1991).
