The exercise routines should include all types of exercise to be complete. Depending on your need is determined which of the types will be more important. If you’re trying to gain weight muscle training exercises and flexibility are important because they will help you build muscles (make them grow) and define them. By eating a diet rich in high quality protein like egg whites or fish along with weight training you are making your muscles grow and gain weight.
Do not think that by doing a few exercises with weights you will become a bodybuilder to have that kind of muscles it takes dedication, hours of practice, special diets and supplements.
