1. Sometimes it is inevitable

Eating out today is almost inevitable. Most people do it about 3 or 4 times a week and takes a substantial share of the monthly budget of many families. It can be a good way to relieve stress and anxiety, but also to increase consumption of calories.

Dining at the restaurant can be a necessity imposed by the working day or a chance to enjoy a delicious meal without having to cook or wash dishes. However, also a risk to fitness and diet regime, if not correctly choose where, what and how to eat.

2. A psychological reward

The breakfast bar, lunch in the restaurant, the sandwich in the cafeteria, or food prepared to carry or ordered by phone, are not necessarily synonymous with fast food or junk food, or an excuse to abandon a healthy diet or body weight control, experts say.
