The Major Principles of Training
That’s why many, knowingly or not, we rested on the pool regularly. The great feeling it gives us are the best reward of coaching. But the pool each day is more, especially from the perspective of management, as a multipurpose space with many more possibilities than just swimming.
Swimming is fine, especially when we have a good command of the medium. But what about all those people who have not had enough learning to swim does not lead to consequences rather than benefits?
