This ancient practice and philosophy that was developed in China 3000 years ago, uses physical postures, breathing and meditation to promote balance and well being of mind and body.

Different types of Yoga, but the most popular in the West is Hatha Yoga, which focuses on strengthening, toning and relaxing the mind-body system.

The good practice of Yoga requires:

- Regular exercise (Practicing the postures, or asanas)

- Relaxation

- Good food

- Positive Thinking

- Regular Meditation

It is very important to have the habit of practicing yoga 3 or 4 times a week, even a half-hour positions at home.

Respiration: breathing in Yoga is one of the keys to this discipline. Promotes breathing through the nose. Breathing should be deep and even feel that the abdomen is filled with air, then exhale slowly.

If you are breathing properly, the abdomen and the lung cavity will expand, entering air to the bottom of the lungs, which exercise the diaphragm.

Relaxation: Make a good relaxation after exercise is as important as having made the bids. Make a muscle for muscle relaxation and each body part.
